Soft-Control Ltd. is originated from Swisscom, Switzerland’s leading telecommunications service provider. In 2003 a very small local representative was founded by Sicap for Swisscom R&D department in Moscow.

The history of our company under Sicap’s brand has started with USSD-project with one of the VEON Group operators in the same 2003. In 2013, when Swisscom reconsolidated on its core market Switzerland, selling most of its international daughter companies and participations.

Soft-Control became a fully independent privately held company through an MBO of its Managing Director Eastern Europe Mr. Simon Hofer. Independent Soft-Control inherited not only exclusive partnership with Sicap in Russia and CIS but also maintains all front-end consultancy, operations, outsource and customer relations.

Since its inception, Soft-Control constantly extends its partner network and product portfolio through a strategy of permanent growth and investment. In addition, Soft-Control acts as the preferred consultancy and integration partner for many leading international Telecom Software solution providers in its region of activity.

We have accumulated unique experience and deep knowledge in project management, organization of equipment and software supplies, implementation, integration, technical support and consulting. During these 15 years, we have successfully completed dozens of interesting projects with VEON Group (Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Armenia, Georgia, Tajikistan, Cambodia), MTS, Rostelecom, and others.
